What happens when two doulas go to a Rage Room? Warning--this is not a cute baby video! :)
Shannon Lee (Blessed Births and Beyond) and I gave the new Rage Room a try last week. We had no idea what to expect--but it turned out to be one of our favorite lunch dates ever!
If you`ve never been to one of these before, you basically grab a bunch of stuff, put on a lot of safety gear, go into a room, crank up the music really loud, and smash/throw/hammer everything to pieces. (Check out the broken quesadilla maker I destroyed!) Pro tip--pay extra for the bat. It was my favorite!
If you`re feeling like you need to let off steam, definitely check out the Rage Room. (New parents, toddler parents, parents who just dropped their kids off at college, working parents, stay-at-home parents, any parents...)
