What happens when two doulas go to a Rage Room? Warning--this is not a cute baby video! :)

Shannon Lee (Blessed Births and Beyond) and I gave the new Rage Room a try last week. We had no idea what to expect--but it turned out to be one of our favorite lunch dates ever!

If you've never been to one of these before, you basically grab a bunch of stuff, put on a lot of safety gear, go into a room, crank up the music really loud, and smash/throw/hammer everything to pieces. (Check out the broken quesadilla maker I destroyed!) Pro tip--pay extra for the bat. It was my favorite!

If you're feeling like you need to let off steam, definitely check out the Rage Room. (New parents, toddler parents, parents who just dropped their kids off at college, working parents, stay-at-home parents, any parents...)

Shout-out to Anna at Wreck n Roll for making this such a great experience for us. We'll be back!
