This week, we asked our Labor Doulas what they recommend moms listen to while in labor. Here`s what they said!
More thoughts from me (Katie)...I`ve supported moms who listened to their Hypnobabies tracks from start to finish, moms who danced their hearts out in early labor trying to get baby to move lower into the pelvis, & moms who quietly relaxed in the tub while listening to incredibly peaceful music. Whatever you decide to listen to, PRACTICE relaxing or grooving to your music while you`re still pregnant. It will help your brain remember what to do when you`re actually in labor!

We were curious what our postpartum doulas would say the most "overrated" baby products are. Here are a few of their answers!
Please help me celebrate FIVE new postpartum doulas in Central Iowa! We had a great training and learned a lot from each other. We also enjoyed a two-hour Breastfeeding for Postpartum Doulas Workshop led by Angela Swieter (Applaud Breastfeeding) and a "Business, Boundaries, and Burnout" Lunch and Learn with Shannon Lee (Blessed Births and Beyond).
